Relay Chess is a team-based chess platform. By participating, you agree to:

• Not use external assistance or chess engines during games
• Not engage in collusion or match-fixing
• Accept the decisions of automated game systems

The content, features, and functionality of Relay Chess, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Relay Chess and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Relay Chess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Relay Chess after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
